Post Running Recovery Breakfast

  • Blueberries: for their vitamins and antioxidant power
  • Coconut water: to refuel on lost electrolytes (best sports drink in my opinion)
  • Scrambled eggs: obviously for protein
  • Rye bread (toasted): for healthy whole grains

And that’s the beginning of a good day! :)

    Hey, happy to hear that you are thinking of joining the runners club. One thing I noticed the other morning when I forgot to have a small snack before going out was that running on an empty stomach is not cool! Harder and I felt exhausted afterwards. Food is fuel :)
